I was very happy with the service as I was dreading having to go to an hospital at Christmas eve. I was treated very quickly and also given treatment drugs immediately. Both my son and i were amazed how quickly the process was.

Used the service before and have been treated very well on all occasions, the staff are very polite and respectful and explain everything they are doing and give clear advice for once I left the clinic.

I suffer with chest infections since having my tonsils removed years ago. I told the 111 call centre and my GP Practice that I'm coughing up infection constantly and cannot sleep for coughing. I just need antibiotics to get better. None were provided. I'm still unwell. I'm a teacher who works with SEND Children 0-25 years. I worked up until the day before Christmas which hasn't helped my illness. However, my job is important to me.

Prescribed me antibiotics to get better - I take augmentin antibiotics which will be on my records.
